Status Request

We’re always happy to answer your questions regarding the status of a research request that you have submitted. With that said, please keep the following in mind before contacting our office to request a status update.

The research we conduct is much like seeking needles in haystacks. As such, it’s impossible for us to predetermine the exact length of time it will take to locate a specific needle (assuming we can locate it at all). And of course, some needles are more easily found than others.

Similarly stated, assume you have lost your car keys. If we asked you how long it will take to find them, your response might be, “I don’t know, I’ll let you know when I find them.”

Our standard turnaround times are indicative of the historical timeframe it takes to process and complete submitted research requests.

Super Rush Requests: 1-2 Business Days

Rush Requests: 5-7 Business Days

Standard Requests: 15-20 Business Days

Please direct your requests for status to status@mlresearchgroup.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Our Case Number
  • The Date Your Request Was Submitted
  • Defendant’s Name
  • Your Client’s Name/Your Case Number
